Meka Anderson is an Xtreme Hip Hop certified fitness instructor. The Xtreme Hip Hop program is known for high-energy, hip-hop driven step workouts that challenge participants while remaining inclusive of all fitness levels.

Anderson holds regular classes on Monday evenings at the Culxr House. Regular class attendees have reported health improvements, including medical reports shifting from unhealthy markers to healthy outcomes, which Anderson attributes to accountability, consistency and intentional programming.
